Nope! Your Eattiamo box subscription won’t have any shipping or handling fees—just the price of the subscription you choose.

I JUST SIGNED UP! WHAT SHOULD I DO NEXT?

Be sure to fill out your Profile so we can learn more about you and what you’re looking to discover. We will ship your box within 2 weeks. There might be some delay, if so just contact us @ info@eattiamo.com.

IF I CHANGE MY MIND, CAN I CANCEL?

Monthly Rebillable Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. In any case, subscribers may opt out of auto-renewal at any time

CAN I SHOP WITH EATTIAMO EVEN IF I DON’T SUBSCRIBE?

Please do! Our Shop is constantly updated with new products coming from the best artisanal producers in Italy!

IS EATTIAMO BOX AVAILABLE OUTSIDE THE US?

Nope, the box model is something expressly designed for the US market… but our products are well available in all Europe, served by our central HQ in Italy close to 5 Terre! To order from Europe, click here.

I AM LOOKING FOR A PLAN THAT DOES NOT AUTO-RENEW

Sure – that’s easy! Just use our Gift option. To do this, go to the GIFT Page (in the navigation bar) -> Choose Your Plan (1 month, 3 month, or 6 month) -> Add to Cart -> Checkout.

This option is a one-time purchase and will not renew.

2. BILLING & PAYMENT

WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO BE BILLED FOR MY SUBSCRIPTION?

If you subscribe on a monthly basis, you’ll pay for your first box when you place the order. Starting with your second box, you’ll be on a regular monthly billing and shipping cycle. When you subscribe on a 3-month or 6-month basis, you’ll pay for your full subscription up-front and won’t see any monthly charges. After that period your subscription will auto renew.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT CAN I USE?

We are keen on using Paypal, but accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover or American Express credit cards, or debit cards as payment for rebillable subscription orders. Unfortunately, we’re not able to accept checks, money orders, gift cards, or link routing numbers to your account.

I’M READY TO PLACE AN ORDER. WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?

You’ll be billed as soon as your order is placed.

DO GIFT BOXES AUTO-RENEW?

No, all gift plans for the monthly box do not auto-renew. These are a one time payment that will not reoccur.

3. SHIPPING

WHERE DOES EATTIAMO SHIP?

Eattiamo subscription boxes currently ship to United States only. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.

Sadly, we are unable to ship subscriptions to APO, FPO and DPO addresses.

DO I HAVE TO SIGN FOR MY EATTIAMO BOX DELIVERY?

Subscription boxes are ground-shipped via our shipping partner before they’re handed off to our logistic partners (FedEx, DHL, UPS) for final delivery. This means you’ll receive your Eattiamo box in your mailbox each month.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?

At the moment we only ship through Standard Shipping. We will give you more options in the future!

Shipping methods for monthly boxes and gift subscriptions cannot be modified.

I JUST PLACED AN ORDER! WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

Shop orders will ship within 1 week for all in-stock items. Subscriptions will ship within 2 weeks. You will be able to follow up your order any time receiving your tracking number.

WHICH IS THE SIZE OF EATTIAMO BOXES?

Eattiamo boxes measure 13″ x 13″ x 6″.

4. RETURN POLICY

CAN I RETURN MY EATTIAMO BOXES?

Eattiamo Boxes are usually nonrefundable and are ineligible for returns.
But if you have a very good reason for asking, don’t hesitate to contact us @ info@eattiamo.com.

WHAT IS YOUR PROMOTION CODE POLICY?

Only one promotional code can be applied to each order.
