Subscription and Gift Options

What will I receive in my Food Box?

Each Eattiamo Box contains 6 to 7 full size hard-to-come-by gourmet Italian products that are most representative of the featured region. Along with delicious gourmet foods, you’ll receive also information regarding the gastronomical history of the products and easy fun-to-follow recipes so you can get cooking sooner.

How does the subscription program work?

Choose the program you prefer: 1, 3, 6 or 12 Months… the longer the subscription, the cheaper the Box! Once you have chosen your program, you will be charged in advance for the entire period. The renewal is automatic; however, you can cancel it anytime. Please note that your cancellation request should be made at least the day before your renewal billing date to avoid automatic renewal charges.

I love Italian Food, but it’s a bit difficult…

Our Boxes are suitable for everybody from beginners to experts. Each Box contains all the instructions you need! Together with your Food Delicacies, you will find easy-to-follow recipes developed by Italian Chefs. Every Month we collaborate with the most famous Italian food bloggers to provide you with tutorials and video tutorials.

I love Italian Food, but I don’t have lot of time to spend in the kitchen…

The average cooking time of our Boxes is 30 mins. We sometimes propose longer preparation – such as Ragu or Fresh Pasta. In such cases, however, we will always provide you with two options, with the second being perfect for busy people like you!

Which gift options do you offer?

You can surprise your special person, family, friends or employees with a single box or you can buy them a program for 3, 6 or 12 months. With the gift option, there will be no renewal at the end of the program you have chosen.

Shipping, Delivery and Promotions

When will my box be shipped?

Eattiamo Boxes fly from Italy to the US twice a Month. New orders received from the 1st to the 15th are processed and shipped around the 15th, while orders received from the 16th to the 31st are generally shipped on the last working day of the Month. Boxes that are part of a longer subscription are shipped on the 15th of the Month. You will receive an e-mail as soon as your box leaves our Italian warehouse and, a few days later, an e-mail from DHL containing the tracking number of your parcel. The estimated delivery time from Italy to the USA vary from 3 days to 1 week after leaving our Italian warehouse. If you want to have more details or are willing to receive your Box within a specific day, send us an email to info@eattiamo.com: we’ll be happy to help you!

Can I just buy one Food Box?

If you start a subscription service, the price of the food boxes per month will be cheaper. But if you want to try a single box or you want to purchase a box as a gift take a look at our Gift Options FAQ!

How can I manage my account?

Log in with the email address and password you registered with and update any of your account information. Simply go to the "My Account" page and click the "Edit" button next to the information you want to update.
To change your password, go to My Account and click Edit under Account Information.
To change your delivery address, go to My Account > Addresses > and click Edit under Delivery Information. · To change your billing information, go to My Account > Addresses and click Edit under Billing Information.

I want to cancel my subscription, what should I do?

Once you've signed up for a subscription plan, you can cancel the auto renewal at anytime by heading to https://us.eattiamo.com/my-account. Log in to your account, go to “Subscriptions” and then select cancel button in the subscription section of the page. You will receive a confirmation email and your account will not renew at the end of your current subscription period.
Please note once a subscription is successfully renewed, you will not be refunded until the subscription period ends. If you need any further help, write us an email to info@eattiamo.com. Our team will be happy to help!

What if I won’t be home this month?

No worries! Pause your subscription at any time on your account dashboard. If you have any question, you can also write us at info@eattiamo.com

Where can I find the tracking info?

As soon as your box leaves our Italian warehouse, you will be emailed. In a few days, the Box receiver will also receive an e-mail from DHL containing the exact tracking number of the Box. In case you don't receive any communication and would like to have further information, please write us at info@eattiamo.com

An item is damaged or missing…

We carefully pack all the items of our boxes - especially those who are most fragile – and protect your EatTiamo Box inside a second, sturdier box. If an item arrives damaged in spite of our different precautions, please write us at info@eattiamo.com and we will find together a solution that will make you happy again!

I received a different product than the one showed in the picture...

Due to the nature of EatTiamo's sourcing with small producers, we can occasionally replace a product with an equivalent or superior quality one (for instance, the same product from a different supplier or an alternative product from the same supplier). If you have any doubt, please send us an e-mail.

How much does shipping cost?

Good news for you! Shipping is always free in the contiguous USA - no minimum order. For Alaska, Hawaii and Canada there's a shipping fee of $18.

Do you ship to Canada?

Yes, we ship to Canada. Shipping costs $18.00.

How can I use a coupon code?

Select your Subscription or Gift Option, go to the cart and insert your coupon code before proceeding with the check out.

I want to refer a friend...

Do you have a foodie friend who would love EatTiamo food subscription boxes? Ask them to insert the coupon “FRIENDS” during check out, when ordering a 3 months subscription Box and they’ll get the first Box for free.

Ingredients and Special Needs

Do you offer Gluten Free options?

Yes! Our Italian Detox Box is Gluten Free. Other boxes contain some Gluten-free products, feel free to write us at info@eattiamo.com if you want to know more about the different options.

I am vegetarian…

Most of our Boxes are veg-friendly! If you have any doubt you can write us at info@eattiamo.com

I have some food allergies. Can you provide me with the ingredients of the products?

Allergens will be clearly written on the label of each product, in compliance with the FDA rules. However, you can write us and we will be happy to provide you with all the information you need.

Do you offer Kid friendly Boxes?

Working parents, busy kids. EatTiamo helps you to save shopping time and deciding what to cook time. Spend your time where it matters and go beyond most restaurant experiences. All Boxes feature easy recipes you can cook with your children. However, if you have to choose one, we recommend the Taste of Tuscany Box or the Pizza Box: kneading Fresh Dough together will be as fun as Play-Doh!
