Cacio and Pepe Sauce has never been so easy!
Cook the Pici pasta in plenty of salted water for 10/12 mins. While the pasta is cooking, pour the jar of Cacio and Pepe sauce into a frying pan and warm it over a low heat.
Add a ladleful of cooking water to obtain a creamy mixture. Drain the Pasta and add it to the pan, stirring until the pasta is coated in the cheesy sauce. Once mixed, the pasta is ready. We suggest serving it wiht more pecorino cheese and grated pepper. Enjoy!
